Mission Statement 

The mission of Bay Oaks Social Seniors is to create a vital network of resources for our community members age 50 and over to meet their needs and enhance their quality of life through social, educational, recreational, and community activities.

Statement of Goals

To foster friendship and personal interaction through social activities. To provide mental stimulation and expand knowledge horizons through educational activities. To maintain physical strength, agility, and co-ordination through recreational activities. To contribute to the community and our organization through community activities. To alleviate fear and loneliness through a sense of well being fostered by membership in a cohesive, compassionate, and supportive group.

“BOSS”, Bay Oaks Social Seniors is a program designed for Adults 50 and up with the goal of encouraging a healthy lifestyle by providing social, educational, recreational, and community events. The BOSS program keeps members active and enjoying themselves through many different trips and activities including kayaking, biking, Theater and Cultural trips. Also, monthly programs including "Out to Lunch Bunch", "Game Day"  and BOCCE.
