TRASH PICKUP

Waste Management trucks are picking up trash, horticulture, and recycling on THURSDAYS.  

How Do I Dispose of Yard/Horticulture Waste?

YARD/HORTICULTURAL WASTE ITEMPROPER PREPARATION
Christmas TreesRemove all tinsel and decorations and place curbside on yard waste pick up day.
Clean PalletsPlace curbside with garbage
Fencing (Chain Link)Call Hauler for special pick up. Concrete must be removed from bottom of poles.
Fencing (Wood)2 yards per week may be stacked neatly and placed curbside for pick up with regular garbage.
Grass Clippings/LeavesBag, containerize, or bundle (each weighing no more than 50 lbs.)
Palm FrondsUp to 50 lbs. can be placed unbundled at curb on your yard waste pick up day. Over 50 lbs. needs to be bagged/containerized/ bundled, with each bundle no heavier than 50 lbs. in weight.
Tree Branches, BrushBranches should be cut to no longer than 6 feet in length and bagged/bundled or containerized in bundles no more than 50 lbs. in weight.

Trash Collection

Trash Collection Services are provided by Waste Management. For any questions, pick-up, holiday information, or to get a recycling bin, contact Waste Management at 239-334-1224.
