   Selective enforcement on the part of the FMB.

   I have observed blatantly selective code enforcement on the part of the Town Of Fort Myers Beach. Town staff seems to have created a culture within Town Hall in which FMB aggressively and proactively enforces the town code in regards to certain individuals, but seems to do everything they can to make excuses, play dumb, and grasp at straws in order to allow others to remain in blatant violation with impunity.
