The Town of Fort Myers Beach has updated its Lien Search Request Form to reflect the Town’s annual fee adjustment. Effective immediately, the processing fee for lien search submissions is $100 per STRAP number. 

This adjustment ensures the Town can continue providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive lien search services for residents, real estate professionals, and title companies.

The updated form is now available on the Town’s website and must be used for all new requests.

Completed forms may be submitted by mail or emailed directly to Liens@fmbgov.com.
