***CAUTION***

We are experiencing leftover wind and high waves from Hurricane Idalia that is causing localized flooding of some streets, particularly North Estero and in the Downtown District. This flooding is running over Estero Boulevard in spots. High Tide is approaching early this afternoon which will increase this flooding.

Also, the emergency berm sand on  the beach is very soft. Please do not walk on it as we would not want you to sink!
