There will be no construction on The Beach during Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, and Friday, November 29th. The public is requested to stay out of work zones between the Pier and Crescent Park. There is no parking allowed at the Wyndham Hotel, 6890 Estero Blvd, where construction is being staged.
Looking forward, the Beach Renourishment Project is expected to reach Avenue E by December 15. At that time, the contractor will jump to the South segment of the project to construct the beach along the 7000 block of Estero Blvd.
