During these hours, a staff member will be available to answer resident questions on general zoning regulations.

• Applications for developments and future projects
• Review of required documents
• Review process
• Setbacks and height requirements
The Town recommends making an appointment with a representative from the Planning and Zoning Department for questions relating to specific projects or sites.
